客户政策与承诺Client Policies & Commitments

These standards guide every Jade Dragon Auto Import purchase, sustaining transparency, accountability, and confidence.
定金政策Deposit Policy
- 签约后 3 个工作日内支付 50% 定金,确保车源锁定与竞拍执行。A 50% deposit within three business days secures bidding and vehicle allocation.
- 若原定车源无法在约定时间内取得,可协商等额替代或退还定金。If the designated vehicle cannot be sourced on schedule, clients may opt for an equivalent alternative or a refund.
- 客户单方面取消订单,定金将依据合同约定扣除实际成本。Client-initiated cancellations are subject to cost deductions as outlined in the contract.
隐私与数据保护Privacy & Data Protection
- 我们仅收集与订单相关的必要信息(姓名、联系方式、证件信息)。Only essential data (name, contact details, identification) is collected for your order.
- 除法律规定外,不会向第三方披露客户信息,所有资料加密存储。Data is encrypted and never shared without legal obligation.
- 您可随时提出信息更正或删除申请,我们将在 7 个工作日内响应。Requests for correction or deletion are honored within seven business days.

付款与发票Payments & Invoicing
- 支持银行转账(含国际汇款)。Accepted payment methods: local and international bank transfer.

- 发票包含车辆价格、运输、税费等明细,符合圭亚那财务报销标准。Invoices itemize vehicle cost, shipping, and taxes in compliance with Guyanese accounting standards.
